One of your first considerations when choosing between TPO and PVC is cost. Between the two, TPO is less expensive per square foot than PVC in terms of material. In terms of installation, the cost for TPO is a little more. 

Installation  

PVC is highly flexible, so it’s much easier to install than TPO, especially if a contractor opts for the glued seams instead of the welded seams.
